KSR CONSTRUCTION

Founded in 2010 by Kyle Richardson, KSR Construction builds fine quality custom homes, additions, remodels and renovations on Mount Desert Island, Maine.  A native to the island, Kyle's passion is to compliment and enhance the natural beauty of the area through each custom building project. Kyle began his career working alongside his father, an area contractor, from a very early age and discovered a passion and appreciation for all aspects of the building process. 

 

Over several decades of working under a variety of building mentors Kyle has learned every aspect of the trade from the ground up and will guide you through the building process with honesty, integrity and professionalism.  From your vision to reality, Kyle's focus is on communication and attention to detail resulting in a quality end product that you have always dreamed of and will stand the test of time.

Despite moving frequently as a child, Kyle always knew that MDI would be the place he would call home and pursue his home building passion. Kyle and his wife Nicole, a local Realtor, built their home on MDI in 2011 and are grateful to be able to raise their two children exploring the beauty of Acadia National Park and coastal Maine.
